1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2 The Platform

Medoralink is a healthcare staffing platform that connects qualified medical professionals ("Doctors") with hospitals and healthcare institutions ("Hospitals") across India. We provide tools for profile creation, job posting, and job applications.

We are a technology platform, not a recruitment agency or employer. We do not guarantee employment, placement, or the accuracy of any information posted by users.

3 Accounts

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at md@medoralink.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one account of the same type.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4 Doctor Users

By creating a doctor profile, you confirm that:

• You hold a valid medical qualification and are registered with the relevant medical council in India.
• All information in your profile — including qualifications, registration number, and experience — is accurate and truthful.
• You will keep your profile information up to date.
• You understand that your profile may be visible to registered hospitals on the Platform.

Providing false credentials or misrepresenting your qualifications is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Hospital Users

By creating a hospital profile and posting jobs, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to represent the hospital or healthcare institution.
• All job postings are for genuine, lawful positions.
• You will not use candidate data obtained through the Platform for any purpose other than evaluating them for the posted role.
• You will handle all candidate information in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
• You will not post misleading, discriminatory, or fraudulent job listings.

6 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Impersonate any person, institution, or entity.
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the Medoralink name, logo, design, code, and text — is owned by or licensed to Medoralink and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profile information, job postings). By submitting content, you grant Medoralink a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content to operate the Platform.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without our prior written consent.

8 Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.
• Any job posting will result in a successful hire.
• Any doctor profile is accurate or that the professional is currently available.
• The Platform will meet your specific requirements.

We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, or for any employment decisions made based on information found on the Platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Medoralink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if required by law.

You may delete your profile at any time from your dashboard. To fully delete your account, contact us at md@medoralink.com.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
